The stunning riverfront location offers views of lush green mountains, sparkling water, and it’s own private beach. Large wrap-around covered decks provide the perfect place to enjoy the great outdoors year ’round, and are furnished for dining and lounging. There’s the impression of being ‘far away’ but in reality you are only 2.4 miles from the closest wineries, with nearly 90 more within a 15 minute drive! The grand size dining room with its large custom dining table and views of the river, creates the perfect environment for an unforgettable dining experience. In the kitchen guests enjoy a charming atmosphere and riverview, great rustic furnishings, and a Heartland Range (a high-end contemporary range hidden in a classic reproduction). There are things to impress and delight at every turn. Overlooking the beach and passing canoes you will find the hot tub – the perfect place to soak and unwind. The cedar sauna (the same top-of-the-line model from Sunlight Sauna as demonstrated by Dr. Oz on Oprah’s Show on longevity) is enjoyed by guests, and sits overlooking the river. There are kayaks, a hot and cold outdoor shower, a huge recreation room with an indoor ping pong table.

Interesting Trivia: Riverwood Lodge was formerly the vacation home of the Oakland Raider’s Super Bowl winning coach, Ollie Spencer. Here he entertained friends and the Super Bowl trophy was on display in the great room.
